NaaS Manager support

Lumen® NaaS Manager (available within Control Center) is an intuitive, streamlined digital experience that enables you to build the network you need. Use NaaS Manager to manage network‑as‑a‑service (NaaS) products such as Lumen® NaaS Port, Lumen® Internet On‑Demand, Lumen® IP VPN On‑Demand, and Lumen® Ethernet On‑Demand.

To get started with NaaS Manager, sign up for an account.

After signing in, you can give others in your organization access to NaaS Manager using Control Center user permissions. If you need help adding permissions, watch the video to the right for step-by-step instructions.

Lumen® IP VPN On‑Demand and Lumen® Ethernet On‑Demand allow you to establish real‑time private, high‑performance cloud connections and modify bandwidth and routing options. This flexibility enables you to scale your connectivity needs dynamically, optimizing costs and resources.

  • For issues with On‑Demand services, use the chat in the lower‑right corner (within Control Center).

  • For issues with active connections, open a repair ticket in Control Center.
