We're gathering information and resources to implement your service order. Depending on your service order type, we may contact your order contact and/or technical contact to gather or validate information on your service order.
We are deploying resources to fulfill your service order. Depending on the requirements of your service order, this may include working to connect your building to the network, shipping equipment for your service order, and/or extending a connection to your suite. We may contact your order contact, property management contact and/or site contact to assist with the completion of this work.
We are enabling and testing your service. Depending on the requirements of your service order, this may include configuring the service to meet your specifications, installing equipment, and testing service to ensure readiness for activation.
Depending on your service, you will activate your service on your own or we will work with you to schedule your activation.
Once your service is up and running, we hand over the service to you to manage. Access tools to help you manage your service and get your questions answered when you need help.
