The all‑in‑one Webex app empowers you and your team to work from anywhere, using any device, including messaging, file and screen sharing, video meetings, whiteboarding, and more. This provides the freedom to access your services virtually anywhere, with full confidence in high quality, highly reliable connectivity, and full reachability from the office or on the road.

Hosted VoIP with Webex replaces the Business Communicator Voice & Video and Business Communicator Collaboration applications you are currently using. We will be migrating you to the new platform, and you can choose from new flexible packages that include the following capabilities:

• Softphone only
• Basic, Standard or Premium meeting packages to meet your specific needs
• Direct and team chats
• Screen and file sharing
• One‑click, easy to join meetings

Webex requires each user to have a unique email address for softphone, instant messaging and presence, and meetings capabilities. Please work within your organization to identify and update any end-user email addresses that are not unique or shared within the business before the upcoming launch of Hosted VoIP with Webex.

You can identify email addresses assigned to each user by running a bulk user report.
