As a Control Center system administrator, you can re-enroll the two-factor authentication (2FA) for users in your organization. Typically, you re-enroll a user's 2FA if they have trouble authenticating, need to reinstall their authentication app, or if they want to change devices used for authentication. Re-enrolling 2FA means you don't have to remove 2FA and add 2FA again. Users can also add 2FA and re-enroll 2FA for their own user profile.
Two-factor authentication provides and additional layer of protection for Control Center user profiles and is required to view and manage services such as Lumen® Adaptive Network Security, Lumen® Adaptive Threat Intelligence, Lumen® DDoS Hyper®, Lumen® DDoS Mitigation Service, Lumen® Encrypted Wavelength Service, and NG9-1-1.
