Changing the blocking level for Lumen Defender℠

For services protected by Lumen Defender℠ Powered by Black Lotus Labs®, you can adjust the risk level to set whether Lumen Defender blocks only severe threats or blocks no threats.

Note: Changing the blocking level updates the risk level for all services using Lumen Defender℠.

To change the blocking level for Lumen Defender℠:

  1. Click Monitoring, then click Lumen Defender.

    Control Center shows the Lumen Defender℠ dashboard with a list of active threats for the past 12 hours. At the top of the tab, Control Center shows a summary of the total number of active threats, total threats by risk level, and the percentage change in those threats since the previous time period.

  1. Click the Administrative Settings tab.

    Control Center shows the current blocking level for services protected by Lumen Defender℠.

  1. Use the Select Risk Level list to select whether you want to block only severe threats or no threats, then click Apply.

    Control Center saves your blocking level.
