Viewing a list of blocked threats

Using Control Center, you can view a list of blocked threats for services enabled with Lumen Defender℠ Powered by Black Lotus Labs®. You can customize the list to view threats for a specific time period, filter the list, view details for individual threats, and export the data for more processing. You can also view a list of active threats for your organization’s protected services.

To view a list of blocked threats:

  1. Click Monitoring, then click Lumen Defender.

    Control Center shows the Lumen Defender℠ dashboard with a list of active threats for the past 12 hours. At the top of the tab, Control Center shows a summary of the total number of active threats, total threats by risk level, and the percentage change in those threats since the previous time period.

  1. Click the Blocked Threats tab.

    Control Center shows a list of blocked threats for the past 24 hours. At the top of the tab, Control Center shows a summary of the total number of blocked threats, total threats by risk level, and the percentage change in those threats since the previous time period.

  1. Do any of the following to review the threats shown:

    • To refresh the page, click the icon.

    • To view more information about a threat, click the icon.

    • To change the period for the threats shown in the table, select an option from the Duration list.

    • To filter the list of threats, click the icon, select the criteria you want to filter by, then click APPLY. You can filter by risk level, category, threat origination, service ID, protocol, product—or a combination of options.

    • To download a CSV file of the threats listed, click the icon.

    • To export a threat, click the icon (in the Actions column), then click Export.
