You can move accounts from one enterprise ID to another by contacting your Lumen representative. Your representative will submit a request to our Portal Support team on your behalf to move accounts as needed.
If you want to move all accounts from one enterprise ID to another, you can request that your enterprise IDs be merged and you can specify with enterprise ID you want to use. If you don't have another enterprise ID, you can request a new one and move some accounts to that new enterprise ID.
