*Offer available for a limited time to qualifying new or existing business customers purchasing eligible new service in the U.S with minimum $750 monthly recurring service charge. Offer limited to network elements (local access, port and logical service) and fixed, non‑burstable connections only. Maximum of one service credit per 12‑month contract term, 36‑month term required. Customer will receive one monthly service credit in the amount of the monthly recurring service charge within 30 days of each of the 1st, 13th and 25th months of billing depending on term. Offer does not include CPE, activation, installation, taxes and fees. Customer must remain in good standing and offer terminates if customer changes their account in any manner. If customer terminates or downgrades service early, customer will pay early termination fees as set forth in customer’s agreement plus an amount equal to any service credits received under this offer. DIA service can be ordered using the Lumen DIA Solutions Marketplace or by contacting our Lumen sales team. We will invoice your order. No credit card is required.

Start by selecting your term, port bandwidth size and whether you need Flat Rate or Commit Plus Burst. Then, just choose your peak data rate and receive an itemized quote.
You may supply your own router, or Lumen can provide Managed Router service for an additional monthly recurring charge. Simply select the Managed Router option in Marketplace, and a pre-defined router based on your port type will be included with the order. You can also opt to have us manage the service installation from the demarc point to your office suite by selecting the Building Extension add-on option.
After you submit your order, you will receive an order number for reference. We’ll contact you to confirm the date of your building extension service and send email updates as your order progresses. You’ll receive a connection notification via email and in the Lumen Control Center customer portal when installation is complete. View your invoices anytime in the Lumen Control Center.
