Lumen relies on a strong base of suppliers who prioritize timely delivery, high‑quality products and affordable prices for our customers. Suppliers are selected through a competitive sourcing process focused on “best value,” determined by evaluation of supplier proposals and combinations of cost, quality and technology.


To be considered for future business with Lumen, please register via our Supplier Registration Portal. If you are a Public Sector supplier, refer to the Doing Business with Lumen Federal Services or SLED Services pages for PO and RFQ terms and conditions. All suppliers must comply with applicable Regional and Global Policies, as well  as policies detailed in the industries and Supplier Diversity sections below.


Existing Lumen suppliers seeking Lumen Accounts Payable or Purchasing may utilize the Lumen Vendor Intake form.
