What are my payment plan options?

A payment plan is a schedule of payments that automatically process on the dates you select. We offer two payment plan options:

  1. Split the total balance into two installments, due within 30 days of the day you set up the plan. The two payment amounts can be set however you wish.

  2. Pay the past-due balance before the current bill due date. Pay the remaining current balance by the regular due date.

Not all accounts are eligible

Unfortunately, not all accounts are eligible for payment plans. If your account is not eligible, you will need to pay your full balance before the due date to avoid late fees.

If you have questions about account eligibility, or are a Small Business customer, please contact us about a payment plan.

Will I be charged a fee for making a payment plan?

There is no fee for setting up a payment plan. If your payments are scheduled past your due date, late fees will still be charged to your account.

There is a fee for a one-time payment with a credit or debit card.

Bank Account - no fee
You can use a bank account to pay your bill and avoid payment fees. You'll need your routing number and account number.

Credit or Debit Card - extra fee
If you use a debit card or credit card to pay your bill, a convenience fee will be added to each payment.
