As a Voice Complete Feature Manager administrator, you can use Control Center to view the profile information associated with a Lumen® Voice Complete® phone number in your organization: name and time zone, name as shown on caller ID, the associated group, and whether the Mobility feature pack is active for the phone number. If you need to make changes to the user's profile, such as changing their name or resetting their voice portal passcode, you can update their profile.
