As a Voice Complete Feature Manager administrator, you can use Control Center to update the profile information associated with a Lumen® Voice Complete® phone number in your organization. You can update the user's name, time zone, and caller ID name. You can also reset their voice portal passcode. (The voice portal passcode is valid for 30 days.)
