Updating a Voice Complete group profile

To update a Voice Complete group profile:

  1. Click Services.

    Control Center shows the Services console. Use the console to access an inventory of your services, check the status of orders, and manage your services.

  1. On the card for the group you want to work with, click View Group.

    Control Center lists the phone numbers associated with the group you selected.

  1. Click the Group Profile tab.

    Control Center shows the profile for the group: ID number, number of users, administrators for the group, and any customization for the group (such as custom name, caller ID name, or caller ID phone number).
