*Offer available to qualifying Lumen business customers migrating from a legacy voice solution and purchasing new Lumen voice service in eligible continental U.S. locations. Requires a minimum 12-month term agreement. Offer excludes taxes and fees. Customer will receive one service credit in the amount of the non-recurring charge and one service credit for each 12-month term in the amount of the monthly recurring service charge, each month for up to 3 months, beginning after the first full month bill. Early termination fees will apply as set forth in customer’s agreements. Services not available everywhere.
